What LotKeeper charges, and when money comes back. Written plainly, because a refund policy you cannot find is the oldest trick in the business and this product is sold on not doing that.
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, per dealership:
Basic — $299/month. Every lead answered.
Pro — $499/month. Basic, plus hot-lead alerts, lead ranking, a morning summary, your own tone and spreadsheet export.
Business email add-on — $19 today, then $9/month. The $19 is the $10 one-time setup plus the first month; it renews at $9/month on its own.
New accounts start with a free trial. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
You can cancel a plan at any time and keep the service to the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is deleted and leads keep arriving. We do not refund part-months, and we do not pro-rate a cancellation made mid-period. When the paid period ends, replies simply stop until you choose a plan again.
The $19 setup is fully refundable until we have set the domain up — if you change your mind before the address goes live, write to us and we refund the $19 and stop the $9/month. Once the domain is registered and the email is live, the setup is not refundable because the domain has been bought on your behalf; you can still cancel the $9/month at any time and keep the address to the end of the month you have paid for.
If you were charged in error, or something on our side did not work as described, tell us and we will put it right — including a refund where that is the fair answer. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
